Hydroseeding sometimes called Hydro Mulching or Hydraulic Seeding is a process of seeding with a mixture of water, wood mulch, seed, fertilizer, and tacifier (binding agent).  These ingredients are mixed in a large tank and then sprayed into the prepared soil surface, creating a green layer of mulch, seed, soil and tacifier. Holding the moisture in, creating the perfect environment to establish the germinating seeds.  Generally, you will see grass sprouts within 5 to 7 days, as long as the ground is warm and has been adequately watered.
